He has been trained at renowned national institutes all over the country (Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai; Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune; Sahyadri Hospital; Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune) His Role model, his father Dr. Ajay Kumar Jayaswal (Senior Orthopaedic Surgeon & Director of Popular Orthopaedic Hospital, who has been serving the people of Bihar with neighboring states for the last 40 years with selfless devotion with humanitarian dedication has always motivated him to serve the people of Bihar with selfless devotion with commitment indefatigably.

After finishing his higher education from Modern School, Barakhamba road, New Delhi, He did his MBBS from Manipal College of Medical Sciences followed by specialisation in MS (Orthopaedics) from MVJ Medical College & Research Hospital, (RGUHS), Bangalore, Karnataka. He further did his DNB (Orthopaedics) Post Masters from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. After his professional education, followed his specialized training. He worked as a Senior Resident in the Department of Orthopaedics at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Later he pursued, His fellowship in Arthroscopy at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune, Fellowship in Arthroplasty at Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai, Fellowship in Spine at Sahyadri Hospital, Pune. His vision is to serve the native people meet the needs of all patients, earn their trust & bring world-class treatment to his state.
