• No Cancellation Policy: Once an appointment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled, and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Doctor Unavailability: In rare cases where the doctor becomes unavailable due to emergencies, surgeries, or unforeseen circumstances, patients will be offered the option to reschedule the appointment or receive a complete refund for the consultation fee.
• No Refunds After Consultation: Once a consultation, procedure, or treatment has been provided, the amount paid will not be refundable, as the professional service has already been rendered.
• Technical Errors: If any technical error occurs during online payment processing and the amount is deducted without confirmation, the issue will be verified, and the eligible refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
